-For greater ease and discounts, get your tickets delivered for free when paying 14 days in advance of the trip! Rebooking available with weather considerations.

-Ask about organized racing on our giant slalom course or arranging a special photo session for your group.

Things to Note:

-Groups need to consist of 15 or more people and have advance reservations.

-The Group Leader is responsible for reservations, pre-ordering, purchasing, and distributing the tickets and related products.

-Group Leaders are rewarded with exclusive Timber Ridge benefits that include complimentary lift tickets, promotional support, and faster check-in processing.

-Holidays include: 12/20/10-1/2/11; Martin Luther King Day 1/17/2011,and President's Day 2/21/11. Other day options are not available as group rates.

-For online purchases-we can either send all the lift tickets ahead of time or hold the package at will-call until the Group Leader would pick them up. Please let us know when you make the purchase which you prefer.

Terms & Conditions

Tickets are nonrefundable. Ticket orders are not accepted until confirmed with confirmation number. Resale is forbidden.

Timber Ridge is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. The Resort or certain slopes may change operating hours; close due to grooming, weather or special events; and may otherwise change or be closed without notice and without liability to Timber Ridge. Timber Ridge reserves the right to refuse admittance to any person or persons.

Timber Ridge reserves the right to cancel the sale of any unshipped tickets.

Picking up your tickets: You can pick up your tickets at the Group Sales office in the ticketing area. Ticket office is open from 9:30 am - 7:00 pm weekdays or 8:30 am - 8:00 pm weekends/holiday periods. Your confirmation number and valid ID are needed when picking up your tickets. If you lose your confirmation number, we will need to look you up by name, so please be careful in entering all of your information. You must have a valid ID to pickup your Group tickets.
